Nathan is a senior advisor to U.S. Senator Tim Scott and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC).

Nathan is also an alum of two presidential campaigns, numerous Senate and governor’s races, down-ballot efforts, and high-stakes Senate confirmation battles. He served as Communications Director for U.S. Senator Tim Scott’s presidential campaign and remains a spokesperson for the senator today. He was also a part of Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential campaign communications team.

Previously, Nathan served on senior staff at the Republican National Committee (RNC) and led a 20-person national media team. Prior to that, Nathan was Press Secretary for the NRSC, working to re-elect U.S. Senators from Maine to Iowa to Montana.

Nathan has driven news cycles across all the networks and throughout cable news, helping candidates and clients drive messages and win the day. From the pages of The New York Times to The Wall Street Journal, to conservative media, to local newspapers and radio, Nathan has worked with media at all levels to protect and advance the brand of clients and candidates.

Nathan attends Passion City Church when in Washington, DC, and serves on the Board of Governors of Young Americans for Freedom. Nathan is an alum of Hillsdale College and is an Eagle Scout.

As a Washington State native, Nathan is consistently disappointed by his Seattle Mariners and Seahawks. Follow Nathan on X here: @NathanBrandWA
